As per our refund policy, if you are experiencing errors or tried ShopiRater on a real campaign and couldn't get it to produce results, or found a cheaper solution that does everything ShopiRater does, but for less... then you're entitled to a refunding during your 30 day test drive. 


However, if you bought ShopiRater and upsells, and never bothered to try to connect it to your store or go through the eCom Legacy training to even create a store, please save yourself, our team, Jvzoo, and Paypal the time as we are not granting refunds to 'serial refunders' who don't try the product and will fight any disputes in PayPal. 


If you still want a refund, please contact us with proof of your campaign you've tried to run or the best times our team can go through the campaign with you that was set up so we can approve and send your refund.  Please note, we're doing this not to be mean, but in your best interests to actually get results and stop jumping from shiny object to shiny object, and best interests of our hard working affiliates who put a lot fo time and effort into their review of the app
